About

A digital home for researchers

RDL Network is a comprehensive academic social network — bringing a researcher's profile, publications, citations and collaborations under one roof.

Our mission

To provide a free, sustainable, open-standards infrastructure where every researcher worldwide can represent their scientific identity with respect.

Our vision

A future where academic output is visible, measurable and collaboration-ready, and where researchers manage their digital presence from a single account.

Our story

RDL Network started in 2024 when a small group of academics and engineers asked “why am I still updating my profile in five different systems?”.

Later the same year it expanded into a broader ecosystem with the Hub and Tez modules. Today it hosts profiles for tens of thousands of researchers, catalogues for thousands of institutions and hundreds of thousands of publications.

We remain independent, committed to open standards, and prioritize data privacy.

Our values

Principles behind every product decision.

Openness

Every piece of metadata follows open standards (ORCID, DOI, CrossRef). Your data stays portable tomorrow.

Respect

The researcher's work, copyright and identity are at the centre of every design choice.

Transparency

Algorithms, rankings and institutional verification rules are public.

Sustainability

Free usage rides on a user-centric, ad-free model rather than commercial exploitation.
